Privacy Policy

Information we collect

When you submit our consultation request form, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, project ZIP code, project type, approximate budget range, timeframe, any project details, and your preferred consultation date and time. We do not collect health, financial, or other sensitive personal information through this site.

How you found us

When you visit, the site notes in your own browser’s local storage (not a cookie) how you arrived: the site or search engine that referred you, any campaign tags or ad click identifiers in the link you followed, the first page you landed on, and when. It stays in your browser and is sent to us only if you submit the consultation form, where it is attached to your request so we know which of our marketing is working. You can remove it at any time by clearing your browser’s site data.

Spam and security protection

To keep automated spam out of our form, it uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks technical information from your browser and device to confirm a person is submitting it. Cloudflare processes that information under its own privacy policy. We also limit how often the form can be submitted from one connection or with the same contact details. For that, your IP address, phone number and email address are kept only as one-way hashes and discarded within about a day.

How we use it

We use the information you submit to contact you about your remodeling project and to schedule a consultation, and, only if you opt in, to send you text messages as described below. We do not use it for any other purpose without your consent.

Text messages (SMS)

The consultation form has an optional, unchecked box for agreeing to receive text messages from Cali Craft Renovations, including special offers, discounts and product updates. Agreeing is never a condition of requesting a consultation. If you opt in, we record the date and time and the wording you agreed to. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, and reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages; you can also ask us by phone or email.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party.

How we share it

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We use a small number of service providers that process information on our behalf, solely to provide our services to you: HighLevel, the customer-management system where your request is stored and from which we call, email or text you; Cloudflare, for the form’s spam protection; and Vercel, which hosts this website.

Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, you have the right under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) to request access to, deletion of, or correction of the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. Cali Craft Renovations does not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA. Data retention

We retain the information you submit for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a customer, for as long as needed to provide our services and comply with our legal and accounting obligations.
